Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to end-users regarding hardware, software, network, and system-related problems. Respond to inquiries and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
2. Hardware and Software Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and software applications. This includes performing routine maintenance, updates, and repairs to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
3. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems through a systematic approach. Identify and investigate root causes of technical issues and implement appropriate solutions.
4. User Support: Assist end-users in setting up and configuring computer systems, software applications, and network connections. Provide guidance and training to users on the proper use of IT resources and tools.
5. Network Support: Support and maintain local area networks (LANs), including troubleshooting network connectivity issues, managing network equipment (routers, switches, etc.), and assisting with network infrastructure upgrades.
